Joanna Denis’s success at the vocal competition

In the “Mazowsze” vocal competition announced by the National Song and Dance Ensemble was attended by members of our ensemble, of whom Joasia Denis qualified the next stages of the jury in the group of youngest participants in the 9-14 age range. After the next stage of the competition, Asia was among the three selected for the final competition. A joyful message for us was announced on Saturday, October 26. The representative of our ensemble and the Lublin region became the winner of the first prize in its category. The final event of the competition was a concert organized by the “Mazowsze”, in which the laureates performed selected songs with orchestra and choir. Asia was offered a beautiful melody called “Bandoska”. It should be added that (according to the organizers) 600 participants from all over Poland took part in the competition. We are proud of Asia, we congratulate her and her parents as well as our instructors.
