“Polonez for Lublin”

On May 3, “Polonez for Lublin” set off from the Lublin Castle to Castle Square. In sunny weather, in a procession led by the Mayor of Lublin, Krzysztof Żuk, 8 groups from our ensemble and hundreds of Lublin inhabitants took part in the company of Przemysław Czarnek – the Lublin Voivode and Anna Augustyniak – the Secretary of the Lublin Province. Referring to the jubilee of the 70th anniversary, the polonaise was danced to music composed for the subsequent jubilees of Ensemble “Lublin”. After the procession, a concert and a photo on the castle stairs took place.
