“Polonez for Lublin”

This year, Polonez for Lublin returned to the promenade and the Lithuanian Square. Stanisław Moniuszko’s music on the 200th anniversary of his birthday was leaded by the Mayor of Lublin, Krzysztof Żuk, accompanied by the Lublin Voivode, Przemysław Czarnek. Numerous residents who danced the polonaise accompanied by the dancers of our Ensemble and ZTL UMCS named by Stanisław Leszczyński. After the end of the procession a concert “Polish national and regional dances” took place, in which there was also a songs of Stanisław Moniuszko.
